1General Provisions

Each individual may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be terminated and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

Users must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, 7p77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the 7p77 support team immediately.

3Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7p77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and are subject to the terms set out below.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Please follow the specified instructions carefully when making a deposit.
• Providing incorrect information may cause delays in deposit processing.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: usually 10 to 45 minutes.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, 7p77 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and forfeit the balance.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from 7p77 are provided subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applicable to the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of bonuses. 7p77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

5VIP Program and Cashback

7p77's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and exclusive benefits.

5.1 VIP Tiers

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

5.2 VIP Tier Progression

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. The detailed criteria for determining VIP tiers are set by 7p77 and may be changed as needed.

5.3 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is calculated every Monday. Cashback is added directly to the account balance. The cashback amount may change in accordance with 7p77's policies.

6Gaming Rules

All games on 7p77 are conducted in a fully fair manner. The outcome of each game is determined by a neutral algorithm.

6.1 Game Operations

• The specific rules for each game can be found in the information section of that game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a server or technical issue, 7p77 may cancel the relevant round or determine awards at its discretion.
• Any complaint regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 48 hours.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the gaming system.
• Using any software or automated method to operate games.
• Inappropriate conduct or harassment toward other players or staff.
• Abusing bonuses through two or more accounts.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers opportunities to bet on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. 11Account Closure and Suspension
